media volume doesnt work on speakerphone

Media volume used to work but now when I try to listen to youtube videos I can't hear the music, I have to hold my ear to the phone to hear the sound??? Any suggestions???

Whoa.....that's weird!! That has to be some kind of defect. Because even when you set the Media volume in the Settings menu, you can still change it with the volume buttons on the side....

Can you hear music and anything else?
