The Math Ref app by Happy Maau Studios is now in the Android Market. Its a popular and award winning formula and reference app first released on the iPhone, and there are both Free and $0.99 versions.

Nice looking app so far. Plenty of formulas for whatever you need. I just downloaded the free version and not bad.
