I somehow managed to root my Eris without bricking it (go me!) and used KaosFroyo v39, did all this sometime last week. I noticed the separate navigation app that showed up, didn't much like it and deleted it, preferring to use navigation straight from google maps. I then opened google maps and realized the navigation feature was gone. I have been using navigation on my phone through maps for probably 6-8 months prior to this. SOOO long story short I cannot use navigation through Google any more, it simply isn't there. I've uninstalled maps and reinstalled with no luck. What do I need to do to get navigation back? I just moved 2000 miles and use this almost daily. I would really appreciate any and all help/tips!
