Looking for App to set notifications with more options

Hi. I'm a new Droid owner and posted my question in the introduction part of the forum:

Basically looking for a way to make sure my kids' phone calls come through on my Droid (audible notifications) even when I've set it to SILENT mode.

To get notifications the way I was used to, I ended up getting: Ringleader, WhoIsIt, and Smart Volume.

I appreciate all the help with recommendations. I'm definitely a Droid-Newb.
