Looking for a very specific type of App (Vibrations / Text Tone Times)

So I created this account to ask this question, so hopefully it goes somewhere!

I have a problem when someone sends me a long message on my droid4. It instead sends tons of small messages and it causes my phone to vibrate / text tone all over the place and it sounds like my phone is possessed. I'm trying to find an app that allows me to set my phone to always only activate the vibrate / text tone every _blank_ seconds. So even if multiple messages spam in, it only goes off once.


I'm at a loss for words trying to find a better way to word this in google searching, so hopefully you guys know of one.
