The video above shows a method for adding custom widgets and apps to the second screen on the LG V10. This is actually pretty cool. If you like the functionality of widgets, but don't like them taking up precious screen real estate you can use tasker to add links to them to your second screen. This allows you to tap the icon to bring up your widget on any screen. You have full access to all widget functions once you have the widget launched. via XDA
