Lag and soft buttons

Alright, I've had the fascinate since it came out and it has been super fast for a long time but recently it has been getting just a little bit laggier it seems, if anyone has an idea to make it faster let me know please. Also sometimes hitting the soft buttons doesn't register until later and then the phone ends up vibrating like six times making up for the button mashing. Is anyone else having that problem?

Same exact thign happens with me. I'll try and adjust the volume and it'll do nothing for about 4 seconds, and by that time of course I've pressed it 8 more times hah.

Hay guys try a soft reset. What that is, is take off your back plate and remove the battery for ten seconds then replace. Oh and shut down before you do this. Hope this helps.
