Hmmm that's strange. Can you link us to the app you downloaded? (Just for craps & giggles)

It's actually called My Knox. It's an actual app that works with the Knox service which is pre installed on the device which is what you see on yours.

Do you have the international version Ollie?

No, I have my first ever U.S. version that was sold to me by Tmobile.

I have Knox on the phone, but absolutely no icons to show for it. I'm thinking they bundled it all into Private Mode on my version of the Edge.

@Jonny Kansas there is a website called Samsungknox.com that has a bunch of VPN related articles if you do a search in the FAQ section with the search term "VPN".

Thanks guys. Yeah, not sure of the differences between this and what's preinstalled. As Miller pointed out, this must simply compliment what's already preinstalled on the device.
I disabled mine on day one.
Sorry...I'm absolutely no help with this one.

I know. I read through them, but couldn't get it to work. Think that Might've been for an older version though, so maybe they've updated the info by now.

I've read through the information on the Samsungknox website but cannot see any benefits from using My knox app as opposed to the pre-installed (you still have to download the initial module to activate knox even though pre-installed)
Is there any difference at all or is it Samsung making knox available to users that did not have it pre-installed?
