Is there a way to "teach" my device how I pronounce a name for voice recognition?

Android's voice dictation is amazingly accurate for me except when it comes to some more complicated or less common names. Is there a way to teach my device the pronunciation of a name so it recognizes it when I say it?

It's not really a solution... but I ended up just spelling my name "wrong", Becca rather than Beka. It was calling me Beak-uh.

"Sweetie Pie" has to be pronounced "Sweetie Pea" and "Number one China" has to be pronounced "Number one Cheena".
