Greetings and good day, my name is Wade and I was resently forced into a Motorola Razr Maxx after my Bionic failed for the 3rd time.
My first Razr Maxx showed up and forced ICS onto me in order to avtivate the phone. I thought this was cool
...WRONG!. The first thing my new phone did, after charging all night to 100%,was to discharge the full battery ib 3 hours nearly catching my tech bag (kit) on fire. Verizon sent out a replacement the next day. This new phone would not activate for 10 hours, and once activated began a laubdry list of troubles, namely freezing up black screen which I was finally able to clear by pulling the sim and SD cards. I'm not too happy having been force fed a defective OS right out of the box. Many of my paid apps will not work, email is flaky....etc. I have been a Verizon customer since before the "Can you hear me now days" and this is by FAR the worse experience I have had with them. I have come to expect better from what had been a great company to do business with. I suppose everyone can be forgiven a single nightmare after such a long time of outstanding relations.... .Wade
