Inkpad: how do I select all

I emailed myself a large text document. I want to easily select all and copy it into Inkpad. What's the best way to do this?

I tried pressing my finger down on the document and 1 word was highlighted so I moved the little things around to enlarge the area that was being selected, but it kept deselecting the area as i tried to scroll down the page.

I tried pressing on the menu key and then clicking on save and a little blue box came up and said that it was saved to messaging. I can't find it.

move the cursors when you're highlighting (two arrows)

As for a real select all text, maybe hold down the text box until you see a menu box pop up? Never really tried to be honest
