Imprint reading while fast charging

Have you guys noticed any issues with the reader? I just noticed the phone is taking about 5 seconds to recognize my fingerprint. Take it off charger, it's instant.

I just tried it and it was just as fast, maybe it needs to "Doze" for a while and then the wake-up takes a second. I'll check it again in the morning.

The charging process may put other features into limbo causing them to wake which will take a few seconds.

How long was it on the charger with the screen off before you tried it ? I'll make sure and try the same

Around 5 minutes or so. I just checked my phone, a couple minutes ago and tried again. It's almost back to normal.

Doze shouldn't take effect while the device is charging. It assumes that you don't care about conserving energy when you're hooked up to a potentially endless supply.

Woke up instantly with the scanner this morning... working just fine. Really liking this phone.

I toyed with mine a little while charging/setting up. Didn't seem to lag to me.

I don't use WiFi.

I do at home, where I know how secure it is. My WiFi sites are twice as fast as my lte.
