I think I wiped the stock rom

As the tittle says I think I wiped the stock rom on my droid bionic when I was installing cyanogenmod.I want to know if I can do anything to bring the phone back to its factory state. I have safe strap (idk what version) but forgot to make a backup of the rom. I want to go back to that state because of the 3 gig limit that safestrap puts on the rom. Or if there is a way to install the cyanogenmod to the whole 16 gigs that tbe phone is capable of. Thanks In advanced to anyone who helps.:biggrin:
