I can't see all email accounts that I setup under "Email"

I setup 3 Gmail accounts and 2 exchange accounts on my Droid. when I go to Menu > Settings > Accounts & Sync, I see all 5 accounts listed under "Manage Accounts".

The problem is when I am at the home screen and I click "Email" icon, I can only see one Gmail account and One Exchange account. How can I get the others to show up here?

No one have any suggestions? I checked the online Droid manual and the manual was a joke! I did some googling around and did not see any related info.

Email accounts

I am also curious as well. when I hit my email button it changes to the screen and its blank with a spinning indicator & nothing ever loads.
