Hello, I'm new here, I'm not 100% sure if this is where I post this thread, but I'm giving it a shot anyway.
I've recently acquired an HTC Merge. My provider is U.S Cellular, I have a 2GB Data plan that I turn off because I have wifi (I only use 3G if I absolutely need it)
I've managed to figure out how this thing works (some what) My question is, Why can't I receive Picture messages unless I have my 3G turned on? Is there a setting on my phone I have to change? If someone could help me out with this, it's much appreciated. Thank you.
