Why doesn't it work ever? My wife got the Palm Pre and her video's load in crystal clear clarity every time. My phone you click the link and it says can't load or something. Then after 15 tries it may go through, but then you have to hit menu and go to high quality. Then it ends up displaying "can't load video". It's utterly useless. Any idea why?
