how to transfer g-mail attachments to documents to go?

I had my whole life on my Palm Treo, and recently switched to a Droid X. I want to transfer "memos" on the Treo to Documents to Go on the Droid. I can copy the documents to Google documents, and e-mail them to myself, but cannot figure out how to transfer them to Documents to Go.
any ideas? Also, any way to transfer contacts? Thanks!

go to the app market and search for dropbox. It allows you to transfer files between things that can run its application. So if you can put the app on your other phone, or your computer and on your new phone, you can use it to transfer the files.

I only saw the one app, but I guess I have never done a search for it specifically. I use the app from dropbox themselves.

Dropbox.com - it's not a type of cloud storage. This is the actual app/site.
