Help with No Root Screenshot It and USB Drivers

So I'm kinda new to this whole forum thing but here goes...
I just got a Motorola Droid Razr, after much deliberation and a tough choice between the iPhone and a Droid. One of the main features that I liked about the iPhone was its ability to take screenshots. So I researched a little bit and found "No Root Screenshot It." I attempted to download usb drivers, but it keeps saying that my device is not connected or something. I just payed $5 for this app and I'm going to be pretty angry if it doesn't work. Helppp!

Sorry to tell you this, but you just wasted $5. Your phone will be upgraded to ICS 'soon', which has native screenshot capability. Be patient - many members have received it already. Read about ICS here - Droid Razr and Razr Maxx ICS discussion

You should be able to pull the update at some point. However, it will eventually be pushed automatically to your phone if you do nothing. Keep checking this site -- it'll be lit up like the 4th of July when it's released to the masses.

EDIT: Make sure you are fully charged or plugged in when you download the update. Bad things can happen if you attempt to update with a low battery.

Just a friendly advice - use free apk next time) There are lots of free alternatives for screenshooting on non root phones. ASC apk for example - it aslso can record video from your device's screen https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.benzul.asc
