HELP! I cracked my screen and want to save all my apps

I cracked the screen and fortunately have the insurance to get a new phone. Problem is how to I get all the apps and stuff of the phone to "back it up"? It is not rooted-just plain stock.

You can backup apps but not data of the apps bc u need to be rooted, unless someone else knows how to get data from app without root

My Backup Pro will backup applications. Photos and Data to an external card.

EDIT : No root required.
