I don't have much money to buy an Android device.
I have about $100 in my wallet at the moment.
The rest is in the bank or hidden away somewhere.

Welcome to the community. You have met some great members in the above posts but you could always buy a phone off craigslist or ebay. Your make sure your local carrier runs the ESN number to make sure it can be activated once receive it. Also you can check out android.net its our sister site and we have a whole section for selling used phones over there. Might be worth a look but good luck tho. Hope you can do some reading up on android development. Feel free to make yourself at home.

Yeah, I am already using the emulator.
But I want to develop an application that interacts with the PS3 (which I have) using Wi-fi and Bluetooth. Would a Notebook with Bluetooth and wifi work?
