Hearing beeps while on calls

Every few seconds I hear a beep in the background on every call now. Anyone else getting this? It's annoying!!!

Are you hearing it when your talking to the same person? The beeping used to indicate that your conversation is being recorded. I'm not sure what else it could be now. Maybe the feds are finally onto you?

I hear it no matter who I am talking not. Not roaming.

I have the same issue with the beep while in conversation. I do not have the minute minder turned on either. Any suggestions?
