GNex going in for a new one

Quick question. I called 611 tonight and told them about the weak signal my Nex has been having since I got it. After a couple people they recommend me going to exchange it for a new one. Mine is currently unlocked and rooted. I'm guessing I have to relock and restore it before going to the store. Is the only way to do it through adb and which images do I have to flash? Thanks in advance.
