Free App for Mobile Hot Spot because of Jellybean 4.1

Since the my Motorola Razor Maxx was updated with Jellybean 4.1, I can no longer use Fox Fi for a mobole hot spot. Is there an app that will work in its place?
Otherwise it will be an additional $30.00 per month for Verizon's mobile Hot spot.
