Facebook Contacts

OK, I get up this morning and noticed when I went to use my phone that alot of my contacts are missing. The ones that were missing were my facebook contacts. Now alot of them I talk to quite a bit and now I don't have there informaton. I have tried to sync to facebook again and a few came back but not all. Can anyone tell me what to do to get my contacts back and synced to facebook?
