email being left on the server

Hello again,
I got the X to talk to my work email as well as my windstream mail. When I check my work email and delete an email it does not show up when I get to work, however, when I delete a windstream email and check it using my outlook at home I get all the messages as well as the ones I deleted. Any ideas as to why when i delete them on the DX I still receive them.
Also, any ideas on how to link the DX to my outlook i use at home to look at my windstream mail?
