ear piece volume problem

I just got a Droid X on 10/26 and I can't hear anyone I call no matter what the volume is...at the lowest, my call all but disappears....is there any fix for this??

are you sure you're connected to to it?

try your ear piece on another phone or something that can connect to it, might be the hardware.
