Here's a pretty amazing deal on a couple of impressive tablets. Toys R Us is having an in-store only clearance sale on a couple of Android tablets. You can pick up an Acer Iconia A500 for only $239.99 or the Sony Tablet S for $299.99. Both of these prices are cheaper than the current MSRP of around $399.99.This is a doubly good deal when you consider that both of these tablets have been officially upgraded to Android 4.0. Apparently, this clearance sale also applies to some of their other Android tablets. You can grab the 10-inch Archos tablet for just $199.99, although this version does not currently have Ice Cream Sandwich.

I went to Toys R Us Monday, but they were sold out(Acer).. The rep was able to locate one in MD, so she called to have them ship it to the store. My tablet has Honeycomb; not ICS.. It's still a good deal.
