Cruz Reader Low Space on Device

My CruzReader is constaly saying low space on device. Everyone time I delete an app the message disappears for a few hours and then returns. I have deleted 6 of my apps and now I only have one left which is youtube and it's only 492KB. What can I do to make it go away, it's making things freeze and force quit all the time and I only have one stinkin' app left! Help Please!

I'm not familiar with your device but try this if its and Android OS. Menu>applications>manage applications>all tab (top row). Go through each app listed and tap clear cache. After you've done that, reboot your phone. Should clear up the memory.
