Contacts favorites widget

why does the contacts widget keep on deleting my mom. this widget is all screwed up. I have had up to 17 contacts on it but then it would delete what ever it wanted and now I can only put 14 on it. Every time I open it is deletes what ever it wants. over night it always deletes my mom and i call her more then anyone els.

No, you need to do a factory data reset unfortunately... that's the only way to fix it. My business maxx did this right after a factory data reset, so i did another fdr.. just yesterday.. it fixed the issue.

Instead of adding it using the widget, open up the Contacts app and click on the star in the upper right corner. That added them to the Favorites Widget for me and they didn't disappear.

I can't use the moto contacts widget with go launcher. Are you guys able to use it with another launcher besides moto blur?

What launcher are you using? Moto's?

No, it only works with the stock launcher.

Okay, now that I've manually pulled ICS, the Motorola contact widget works while using Go Launcher. Yeah! I like the contact widget, but not the stock launcher.
