Contact "favorites" dissapearing

Hello,
I set about 8 "favorites" in my contacts...and they have all dissapeared...luckily not out of my contact list but out of favorites....has anyone else had this issue??

I am having the same problem. This is the reason I signed up for this website. Hopefully someone will clue us in soon.
