Conference Calling and What to do?

How does conference calling work with the Incredible and does Verizon allow it? Do I have to initiate a conference call or can I someone call me, and then I call someone else and all 3 of us are on the call?

Also, what can I do with my old Omnia If I were to get an incredible? Can I still use the WiFi and download windows marketplace apps and other things over that? will the clock still work?

Setting up a conference call
Make a call to the first participant.​

When connected, press MENU, tap

Add call, dial the number of the second participant,

and then tap ​

Call. The first participant is put on hold when you dial the second participant.

When connected to the second participant, tap (merge).
To add another participant to the conference call, tap , and then dial the number of the
contact you want to invite to the conference call.

The conference call is put on hold when you call another contact. When you are connected to the
other contact, you can talk to that party in private.

When connected, tap to add the participant to the conference call.
When finished, tap ​

End call.
