camera flash is out of sync with shutter

    The camera flash on my DPro is sometimes out of sync with the camera shutter. Sometimes the flash timing is correct and the photo comes out fine. Other times it is completely off and the photo comes out dark. And yet other times, it's on the edge and you can see that the top half of the photo is lit up and the bottom half is not. I assume the image sensor works from top to bottom which makes me think that the flash is slightly early.

    Anyway, is anyone else experiencing something like this?

    I have had this issue on my D1. Don't know how to fix it.
