Calendar widget + also a dialer question

Hey, do they make a calendar widget that can tell you what's going on in a very small footprint?

By what's going on, I mean not only my "Events" but also holidays or days of interest?

I have a one line slot on widgetlocker and I would love to have something small just say "Merry Christmas" or "Doctor's appt at 2"


second question:

DialerOne and aTakephone do not import pictures from facebook like my stock contacts app does. Is there a way to change that?
