Calendar problem

When I put a new item in my Outlook calendar,it immedatey shows up in my droid x calendar. However, when I put an item in my droid calendar,it does not go to outlook calandar.

Any thoughts?

Google calendar was not checked on so ii checked it and still does not sinc.
Any other suggestions, please

Everytime i try to use the go widget calendar it says that there are no suitable calendars. I used a script i got over at xda to freeze the bloatware. Is it possible that that is whats causing the problem? And if so, how do i revert that?

Go into root explorer (or similar), go to system-->app, find the calender files (they are all marked calender) and rename them back to the original name. Just take off the .bak file extension.
Reboot and you should be good to go.
If you ran the script from xda, and chose to not use the blur files, they were renamed.
