I can't seem to figure this out. Most of the time, when I'm on any car charger (verizon, cheap 99c one, or the motorola rapid charger) if I press the volume button, the screen turns on. This has always happened, and it doesn't do this when plugged into the wall or via USB. Its just annoying because I use the rocker to change songs, so sometimes instead of skipping a track it will just blast my music.
