Bluetooth issues with BMW iDrive (2012)

I just bought a used Droid Razr and noticed the following when I pair it with iDrive.

1. Caller complains that my voice sounds very faint. I, on the other hand, can hear them very clearly.
2. Phone transmits a 'beep' to iDrive every time I disconnect a call. This is annoying and did does not happen with my iPhone.

Does iDrive allow you to control BT Mic volume. I don't have iDrive in my BMW.
My BMW is fine with my Razr but also does the beep. No way to turn it off.

No, I do not believe it does, but I will check again. I used the phone paired with iDrive in the evening and the person at the other end said that my voice sounded much better. Weird.
