Associating Bluetooth permanently changed ringtone

Motorola Droid - Plantronics BlueTooth Headset:

I use Rings Extended to set my ringtone, when I associated my head set with my phone my ringtone changed to a default ringtone and I cannot change it.

Turning off bluetooth / rebooting phone all have no effect. I can select a ringtone through Settings, but it just doesn't work and keeps whatever the default is.

Very strange. Anyone have any idea what the deal is?

Why don't you try to override with TONE PICKER... get it from the library.... it might help you go around that.
