hi on my droid i can download and install free apps but when i go to buy an app it say download unsuccessfull. any help would be nice. thanks

You have to log into your Google account and link a credit card to that account in order to 'pay' for apps.

Is your DROID setup with an actual GMail address or Google Apps email address?
