App that would help me with phone calls?

Ok here's my problem, when I'm on the phone (Droid 2) the call screen has the big red hang up button in the middle. And somehow I always manage to hang up while in the middle of a call when it presses up against my cheek.

Are there any apps that maybe change the screen or require a slide or something to hang up a call?
