Any possible way to force close browser?

From time to time my browser will completely stop working. Wont load anything over 3g or wifi. Dolphin works fine so I know its not a service issue.

I have to power cycle and then it works. Just had to do this 5 minutes ago. As far as I can tell there is no way to FC the browser but maybe someone knows something I don't. Surely I can't be the only one with this browser issue.

never had the browser lock up to the point that it was unusable. maybe stop visiting porn sites?

From the Manage Apps tab in Settings there is a Force Stop button.

Settings/applications/manage applications/menu/filter/all/find browser in list/open it and hit force stop.

Thanks cereal. Will give that a try next time. I didnt even know the menu button did anything in the manage apps list. :icon_eek:
