All video trouble

Ever since froyo update all of my video and music players have been acting goofy. They will work and then none of them will work. Music says can't play file type& video says trouble with video, even videos that I have taken plus you tube, fox news, etc. Only thing that fixes is to reboot my phone. Tried downloading new players like doubletwist & you tube update but same issue, it is really annoying. Any ideas?

Stab in the dark, have you tried wiping the cache from bootstrap recovery yet?
