how does this exactly work?
I scanned a book barcode, attached a comment.
then I scanned it with barcode scanner, but my comment wasn't there.

Unfortunately, you have to use the StickyBits app for both adding comments and seeing what others have left.

If you go to stickybits.com they have a test barcode you can try with (plus, leave a message of your own for others to see).
