ZTE Claims that Huawei Ripped Off Their 'Grand S' Design for the Nexus 6P

Except they aren't. Zte doesn't have the fingerprint reader.

I don't believe that ZTE was talking about a fingerprint reader. They are talking about the camera area. Take away the fingerprint reader and replace it with the ZTE emblem and it looks just like the ZTE...which looks like the Droid X.

To me, the back of the ZTE looks similar to the back of the Huawei just the same as almost ever other phone's back looks like another phone's back. But even when you're talking about the camera hump, the ZTE's is offset to the side, the flash's location is not the same, they are different in size. It is frivolous.

This is very much like the whole Apple vs Samsung debacle. Apple cries about Samsung copying their original iPhone when indeed Samsung had a suspiciously similar product available before the available iPhone. They look alike, but different all at the same time.
