ZOMBIESTOMPED TO New gingerbread OTA

I am on Zombiestomped 1.7 currently. I can't seem to find anyone who has gone from zombiestomped to this OTA. I have titanium backup and I would like to know how to go around getting everything set up before I mess my phone up. How would I go about getting to this new OTA from my zombiestomped.

You'll need to sbf back to 2.3.20 (froyo) and the update should pop right up when you boot your phone up, if it doesn't just go to check for updates in the about phone section of the settings.
