Zagg shipping = the FAIL

Its been a week and all i have is an inactive ups tracking number.

I had great experience with Zagg shipping. I ordered the 6,000 mAh battery and it arrived a coupleof days later. I would follow up with a call. Are you sure it is a UPS number and not a USPS?

It is an external pack that has 2 usb ports on it for charging your device. it is about 3.5"x3.5"x1 The wall plug flips out to plug in. Very nice for traveling.

Just because ONE order is delayed, doesn't mean the whole company sucks.

maybe they had a problem verifying your CC. maybe they were waiting on your western union transfer. maybe they sent you the email by mistake.

this is something you should take up directly wtih Zagg.

Thats why zagg shipping fails, not zagg.
