So whats the best way to update to this new .602. I am rooted .596 w/ frozen apps and stuff.
Anyway to do it with z4?

Should I just do it this way? Do I need CWR? Can I use Bootstrap or Rom Manager backup instead? When it says "Take the official .602 update" does that mean just reboot and go into settings and hit update? Will I even get the update w/ frozen apps? What are my alternative update methods?

Z4 is just a root app so you won't need it if you're already rooted. Bootstrap is not the recovery, its the app that reboots you into it. You already have clockworkmod recovery.
