You tube and droid

My eris will not play very many clips from you tube. It keeps tell me it cannot play vidio. Is there a setting i need to change from the factory or load an app.

My Droid is fine, but my wifes Eris is having all kinds of troubles. She isnt a "YouTube-er" so I didnt know about the problems with her phone.
