No, not regularly. There are a few where I live that I know are vets and I help them when I see them. This time of year we have the traveling Interstate beggars that I do not believe need any help at all. It's hard to tell sometimes who really needs help and who is doing it for easy money.

Yes and no, some I love to go back into and change with lucid dreaming techniques.

Tried yes...successful...no. I have not remembered a single dream within seconds of waking in 20+ years.
