Yes. Living next to Fort Drum, there are a lot of Korean wives in the area, and one of them opened a barbershop/restaurant that's very popular with both the soldiers and the food critics in the area -- having eaten there, I know why. Though when even the serving staff say not to get the "Korean hot" spice level (Mild, medium, hot, Korean hot) and most Koreans who come through the door get medium, I had to find out why. Wasn't quite as bad as some things I've eaten, but I shan't go so high again.
