No..just like a sound shouldn't be able to be copyrighted..sounds are subject to many variables that will alter or change on a fundamental level, what you hear..everything from humidity to structures around ...

No, I like Porters, Stouts and actually good Lagers, I just give Sajo a lill he!!, because it's fun. A good Mexican Lager is excellent too...
But as I brew my own, I prefer my IPA's and others, it's definitely an acquired taste, I'm not a fan of the high IBU IPA's though...
